"Rec the Capital" With ORPA Geocaching Event

When: September 25 at 12 Noon until September 26 at 2PM.

Where: Oregon State Fair Grounds  (N 44* 57.624   W 123* 00.687).

What is planned:   there will be games, vendors, socializing, food, classes, and more.

Cost:  As with all geocaching events, it is free to walk in the doors.  

But if you want specialty items: dri-fit long sleeved t-shirt, event geocoin, and saturday nights catered dinner of:  

• Tossed Green Salad,
• Angus "Sliders",
• Chicken "Sliders",
• Mini Corn Dogs,
• Cheddar, Swiss and Pepper Jack Cheese, 
• Mayonaise, Mustard, Stone Ground Mustard, Ketchup, Relish, Sliced Red Onion, Dill Pickle, Leaf Lettuce, 
• Potato Salad,
• Ice Cream Sundaes,
• Coffee, Tea, Ice Water

Register by August 10, 2010 and get the 3 items for $40.  Order between August 10 and September 10 for $45.  Registration deadline of September 10, 2010.

Don't want all of the items then the following are the costs:

• Dri-fit longsleeved t-shirt with event logo on the front and sponsors on the back: $20.
• Saturday Dinner: $15 (checking on price for kids)
• Event Geocoin: $10

Concessions Booths will be open for purchasing of food for all meals or local restaurants are open and available.

Camping and RVing are available on Saturday Night Only!  Cost is $35 for RV or $20 for a tent.  Or there are plenty of hotels in the area.  Check in information for camping and RVing will be sent to you as we get closer to the event.
